Counseling
and Psychological Services (CAPS) is here to help students who experience
a wide variety of personal, academic and relationship concerns.
Services
Evaluation and brief counseling, including personal, couples
and group therapy (without charge). Students requesting or requiring longer,
ongoing therapy incur fees.
Workshops and groups that focus on students' social, personal,
and academic effectiveness
Crisis counseling for urgent situations 24 hours a day
Specially trained staff to meet the needs of student survivors
of sexual assualt (CSARRT or Campus Sexual Assault Response and Recovery
Team)
Consultation and outreach to faculty, staff, and student organizations
Staff: The staff includes psychiatrists, psychologists, and clinical
social workers
